Current free test phase
Midnight Packs currently uses free test packs. Paid packs are not active, and trading, marketplace features, and creator payouts are not active, so there are no purchase refunds in the current MVP.
Future paid launch
If paid packs are introduced later, this policy should be replaced with reviewed terms covering payments, failed purchases, support requests, and refund eligibility.

If something looks wrong with a test pack, card reveal, or account, contact support so the issue can be investigated.
