Information we collect
Midnight Packs may collect account information such as email, username, profile role, pack grants, card ownership, support messages, and activity needed to operate the MVP.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, open packs, display collections, provide support, improve the product, and protect the integrity of card ownership and pull history.
Storage and security
Card images are stored privately and accessed through signed URLs. Public assets such as pack covers, hero slides, and card templates may be displayed publicly.
Current MVP limits
Paid packs, trading, marketplace features, and creator payouts are not active yet. This policy should be updated before any paid or public commercial launch.
