Counter-notices
Users may dispute removals through a counter-notice process. The platform should preserve evidence and follow the required timelines once formal DMCA workflows are finalized.
Repeat infringers
Midnight Packs should maintain a repeat-infringer policy and remove or restrict accounts that repeatedly violate creator or copyright rights.
